Optionally you can create an empty text file on your desktop and rename it to SpeedTest.bat and then edit the program in Notepad and enter the below text (For the second line cd "%location%" please change %location% to whichever address the speedtest files have been extracted to, such as "C:\Users\Administrator\Downloads\ookla-speedtest-1.0.0-win64").

This is great to use on older devices, or just as a less resource intensive alternative to in-browser testing, while maintaining the regular Ookla testing methods. Ookla has released a new Command Line Interface version of their classic Speedtest application for testing found here.
